SICK Thursday!!!

Arrived at the gym around 6:10pm. Felt much better after a long afternoon nap! *sick since Tuesday*
Did some stretches then 2 sets of Spartacus Workout (modified/Hiap Wei's version) with Hiap Wei and Hew.
- Goblet Squat (20 reps)
- Mountain Climber (20 reps, both legs counted as 1)
- Single Arm DUmbbell Swing (15-R, 15-L)
- T Pushup (10 reps for both arms)
- Split Jump (20 reps, both legs counted as 1)
- Pushup Position Row (20 reps)
- Plank (1 minute)

Ran with Feizal, Hiap Wei, Hew and Mark after Spartacus Workout.
Anticlockwise towards the stairs leading up to Carcosa. Round the Lake to the stairs.
Went up 179 steps and down and up towards the deer park but straight past the amphitheater and back to RLC. Good run. Was done in about half an hour or so.

Back at the gym, after some stretches, I did the 8 course ABs workout (30 reps each) with Feizal and Hew.
- Basic Crunch
- Legs up Crunch
- Toe Touchers
- Right side Hip Raise
- Left side Hip Raise
- U Rolling Crunch
- Bicycle
- Leg Raise

Followed by the 2 sets of 4 ABs Stations with Hiap Wei, Clifton and Julian.
- Cable Crunch (15 reps)
- Abs roller on knees (10 reps)
- Decline crunch (50 reps)
- Seated Leg Tucks (50 reps)

Swam 40 laps x 25m in 30mins.
